Opal 1.3.0 Released

Opal 1.3.0 (1.3.0-b10399) is now available.

We're pleased to announce the release of Opal 1.3.0 today.

The release includes the following improvements:
* CSV Import (usuable for importing Feedback Server data)
* Create or update a table using variable definition from an Excel spreadsheet
* New look and feel
* Summary statistics and plotting for categorical and continuous variables
* "Data Cleaning" view: removes outliers from the data
* New JavaScript methods for deriving variables (see documentation)
